The Milford Community Band is currently selling 2008 Entertainment Books to raise money for their programs. While all of their performers are volunteers, the group fundraises to help defray the costs of purchasing music and other much needed items.The 2008 Entertainment Book sells for $30. Every book sold will raise $15 for the Band. Coupons in the book cover cities from Wilmington to Ocean City and several downtown Milford favorites are also included.
The Milford Community Band performs throughout the year in Downtown Milford, Delaware as well as in various other cities around the state. You may have seen them earlier this year at the 4th Annual Bug & Bud Festival or during the Music in the Park series. Also, look for their performance at the Santa House in early December and Holiday Stroll on December 7th from 5-8 p.m.
